Nyamu-Nyamu is a separate story you have warning saying that your file you are trying to load doesn't exists at specified path, you'll need to put your custom php script with extracting function in a folder where phar resides.

what version of collab you are trying to install, let me get a list of steps for ya

1. use attachment (ac 3.3.1) from this Для просмотра ссылки Войди или Зарегистрируйся post
2. extract it somewhere, i.e. c:/ac3

3. download unpack-ac3.php file (it is zipped, just unzip it), attached to this post, and drop it into C:\ac3\ folder

4. execute php unpack-ac3.php in command prompt in a folder c:/ac3. you'll see something like

Unpacking ActiveCollab 3.3.1 archive
Done

5. when done - you'll have source unpacked under C:\ac3\activecollab\3.3.1\ folder
6. it is safe to delete C:\ac3\activecollab\3.3.1.phar file now
7. run install/upgrade procedure, copy/zip files, do whatever you want.

i followed your steps but after extraction and deleting phar file when i try to install this app it still looks for phar. that is where i am stuck actually

set USE_UNPACKED_FILES ti true, or remove this define from config
