Индекс скорости гугла вырос с 14 до 60 с плагином. (немного косячит вторая галочка на сжатие css). После прогона ресайзером изображений Image Elevator (есть тут нулл) индек вырос до 78!

Внимательно сделал по Вашей инструкции, собрал->установил->автивировал, после активации захожу в настройки плагина и у меня просит лицензию, естественно настроить его тоже не получаеться, подскажите что с ним дальше делать? или может кто-то подскажет как сделать его нулл и убрать лицензию

В файле /wp-rocket/inc/functions/options.php найти строку 493 (по крайней мере в версии 3.0.3), она должна выглядеть так:
return false;
ну и изменить на true
