Возможно лимиты хоста,
Чистая инсталляция и перенос таблиц и папок шопа-спасут,
Пробуйте чистый инстал
 
Поэтому я установил на 7.0 изначально. Пробовал переустановить на 7.2php, отлично работает, пока не будет очищен кеш, а затем на главной странице 500. Режим отладки показывает все это:

PHP ну а как без него, пробовал на 7.1 тоже самое хотя они не сильно отличаются, возможно битый модуль
IQITMEGAMENU попробую его отдельно переставить.
 
Пробовал на другом веб-хосте. Тот же результат. 1.7.4.1 и Склад 4.19. Сайт исчезает после четкого кэша.

I used Softaculous to install the 1.7.4.1, and that seems to already have the deny,allow fix. I did get this issue resolved as far as the 500 errors. I was installing 4.1.5 of Warehouse, and then doing each update individually (4.1.5 to 4.1.6 to 4.1.7 etc). I found a link that the base install is 4.1.7, so I installed that, then just did the 2 upgrades after that, and everything seemed to work just fine.
