Thank you, i found the module documentation, and now it works. I attached it here, so others can see it.

In cms.tpl, under <div class="rte{if $content_only} content_only{/if}"> , insert

{if $cms‐>id == 'X'}
{hook h='displayPowerfulForm' mod='powerfulformgenerator' id=Y}
{/if}

Russia, another countries I founded at official web site DPD, they did not work at Russia
