Вышла уже GFI HelpDesk 4.99.10, правда не могу найти changelog. Если качать с GFI Upgrade Center то там в tar.gz только старая версия 4.93.20.
Правда есть нюанс:

Compatibility with PHP 8 is being considered as an enhancement request at this time, and there is no ETA for full testing and stable implementation given that the product has reached the end of engineering.
