Обычные .mo файлы с переводами.
Исходный en_US.pot файл вложен в тему в папке .\wp-content\themes\Extra\lang
Нужно Poedit-ом перевести, сделать файлик Extra-ru_RU.mo
и положить в .\wp-content\languages\themes
