I just installed and tested, this does not work with 1.7.5.2, 1.7.6.9 and 1.7.7. Admin staff is online, but you can not chat with staff from shop front end. always show staff offline.

After checking the file config.xml, it is shows version 2.1.4, not 2.1.9. and there is a big bug.

I also installed on 1.7.7.0, still not working. The front page of shop show live chat is offline.
